Lunchie.

Drained oil and coolant out of bike. Couple more chunks of metal on drain plug. I’m sure the rest in in the oil pan. So far no speculation on what caused the bearing to leave the building. When temp hits 90 in shop time to roll up. Fan helps.

 

Sammich looks good except that green stuff. That stuff is what food eats.

 

Almost 100F on the tundra … first time this year……..

Riding on the floor, winders down. AC nonexistent. Can’t hear the AM/FM,

Stop drinking sodas all together. Same for these “Energy” drinks. They are full of garbage. You would be surprised how much sodium they have. High Fructose Corn Syrup is another nasty product to stay away from.

 

Give her some Chobani then give her the meds when her head is in the cup.
