    Again. He does not NEED you. He already gets loads. If he wants to build a trucking company. He NEEDS drivers for the trucks.

    The only person you are benefiting is you.

    If he wants his trucking company to get direct freight contracts. He needs a sales person. Not a broker.

    So to say you are trying to do something for your friend. Is completely dishonest. Because he gains nothing but having to pay you.

    I think he isn’t understanding that he doesn’t need to be a broker to get loads for his friends trucks. he needs to be a broker to get loads for all trucks not just his friends. Difference is there.

    my friend wants to get rid of his trucks. Pretty much you are trying to say I am selfish.
    How does a broker grow his authority? Some work there name up as an agent, so go selling there business. My friend has trucks that are working. How is it wrong that I am trying to take those trucks and his business and continue growing it instead of losing it all and starting from the bottom if he won’t be able to work after? Again it’s plan to build up cash flow

    Being a broker you go out looking for work for drivers. My friend has more than 1 trucks so I am trying to be a broker to help all his trucks and drivers.
    And honestly thank you for this forum. I need to feel stupid and try to answer all these questions to be ready. To see what I am missing

    My friend has more than 1 truck I wrote that in the beginning. That’s why I am trying to grow as a broker to keep those trucks going. Not just 1 driver
