My plan is to get the experience as a broker. I plan on doing whatever I can to grow. I am going to be be a direct broker with a company. But it can’t just happen because I say it will. It will take time.

But if all you're trying to do is find direct freight for your friend's company, then you don't need any of that. You just need to start knocking on doors, and talking with business owners that need freight moved.
