    An actual broker. Exactly the way you just explained. Also a salesman to grow my reputation if I have to.
    I been looking how to be a broker and pretty much says you can just hire an agent a dispatcher. They work off your authority pretty much.

    Both are easy to fix. For AB5, move the business address out of CA. For DPF, retrofit them onto the old trucks. Done.

    Thinking you can "broker" loads to him when he doesn't really need you.
    Using someone already established for your gain and no gain for him.
    Using his name to establish yours.

    You have the money and credit to pay for the bond?
    You have the money to pay anyone, even if you don't get paid?

    So you want to be a broker. Then your question needs to be how to become a broker. The rest about your friend is just fluff that nobody needs to know about.

    Not sure what you need an agent and a dispatcher for. What you need still in this case, is CUSTOMERS. You also need a broker MC number, and money for the bond.

    Actually no I don’t. I have epilepsy and I have been struggling to work. But I see this opportunity in a way.
    I am not trying to take the brokers work from them for myself. I am looking for more to grow more. He turns into an investor pretty much
