That’s what I just said a BROKER AGENT is the salesperson. The broker is just the one with trust in the products

Not really. All he needs is to move his business address, and retrofit a few DPF's. He already has brokers. He already has the business. He already has trucks and drivers. I'm not trying to crush your dream here, but I'm not seeing where you fit in.

I’m a beginner to all this. Please if you have any more information any little information will help. And for the bond number and broker process I’m working on that already.

You have no idea of the difference between a broker and an agent. A "broker" purchases a product/service and resells it.
An agent work for the seller/service provider.

No a broker works for a middle man. Making a big mark up on the freight. He says to Shipper I can move your load for 5k. Shipper says that is good. Then broker goes to the trucking company and says. My shipper can only go to 3k for this load. Broker then puts 2k in his pocket.

Sales person. Get's either hourly or commission. Depending on what he was hired for. Sales person contacts shipper. Says we can move your freight for 4k. Shipper pays trucking company 4k. Sales person get's his bi-weekly paycheck.

Broker also works with several different trucking companies. Sales person works just for the one trucking company. Broker has to be licensed and bonded. Sales person doesn't.

Listen. Without trying to be a jerk. You are going to end up causing your friend to lose his business. You have no clue what you are doing. Have no sales experience and seem to not get a grasp of basic business functions. If he was to use you for his company he'd be throwing his money away.

The guy that was giving you his 2 cents is not new to the industry in a long shot. You may want to read up on his posts.

Ok but there is a difference if you look into it. There is a broker with an authority. And the there are broker agents working off that authority looking for the work. Once they have that they get the dispatchers.
And tell me even if you sound like a jerk. This is something I’m trying to begin. I don’t want to start it and end up losing money
