I quit because i accomplished my goals that i set for myself, which was to learn the business and pay off the truck. Then go out on my own after that.
Was it Derek that you talked to? He is a great guy... I hope im not painting a pie in the sky picture for you, because this program is very hard. But you can be succesful with it if you work and build connections with the people there. They dont hold ur hand on anything. They basically give u the keys to the truck u pick out, and phone numbers to the dispatch office. Its up to u to figure out everything else. how much money ur gonna run for and which loads ur gonna haul and to which part of the country its all on you.. Id be willing to give u some inside information derek isnt going to give u to get u going and off to a good start. Let me know how the process goes, and if u get approved.
