Unfortunately that 45 degree back they teach you is virtually useless. It’ll lead you to hit a lot of trucks in truck stops. I use this modified 45 degree back which took a lot of practice to get consistent.

Even if I want so, I don't think it is doable with a company that terminate the moment you ask its instructor to be fair and calm, after keeping my mouth shut for two weeks.
In such a system no matter how much you try, something very small can go wrong at any moment, leafing to waste of all your time, energy and money investment.
I cannot really expect too much from a community that its experienced ones mostly think you have to go thru same pain they have been or you need to shut up and appreciate because the inferior food the provided was simply free.
I have no rush and my cdl will be on hold as long as I find a sane employer. I cannot really satisfy an employer as much as a desperate person, no matter what.Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -

Why didn't he go to the store and buy decent coffee and food. If it had a fridge and microwave I'm sure it had a coffee maker.
You got degenerates outside? Are they in your room? Walk by em and if they lay hands on you then call the cops or lay them out.
Why not turn in the car damage to insurance as a hit and run and pay the deductible. Hotel or carrier ain't responsible.
Class starts early to beat the heat.
You were in a hurry to get trained and had to know the heat of Phoenix mid summer.
YouTube is good for many things but one person's video technique probably won't fly with a large companies policy for the pre or post trip or their turning policy that they train for.
Trainers train for a lot of reasons, most likely not the ones you want in an instructional mentor but...
They deal with many types of individuals, some sharper, cleaner and able to grasp concepts quicker than others. Telling them how it should be done cause you saw it on a video will not endear you to them for sure.
Doesn't sound like you went into the situation with an open mind or the patience required.
Don't know if your going to continue the quest but lower the expectations and have some gratitude for the dudes standing in the same heat training you.88 Alpha, Boondock and Another Canadian driver Thank this. -
