Who and how things are replaced matters. It’s more than bolts and nuts. It could be something simple like a loose nut on injector solenoid or overhead out, to a major uh oh. Also more compression makes more boom=more noise. For lack of a simpler explanation I agree nothing worse than creating an issue when trying your best to avoid a future one.
Simple first thoughts are check bolts in front balancer, pressure plate, bell housing etc. did they put the washers between the engine pads and top of motor mount? Look for anything laying or touching frame or cab that shouldn’t.RubyEagle, Oxbow, Swine hauler and 5 others Thank this. -
I took a video of it running and revving to 2000 RPM. Can’t see or hear anything. I should have took a half full bottle of water and put it in different areas of truck and maybe that would have shown something. Will try that tomorrow
