I don't know how many drugs the writers of these articles take, but they really need to scale down a bit.
According to this article, the bridge collapse occurred in Tretten, Norway over a river with a ridiculously long name, while a single paragraph states that the incident occurred in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Tretten lies completely within Norway due north of its capitol Oslo.
