    Very nice. Been thinking of trying one of those jap bowed knives with the forefinger hole. Just for curiosity of handling.
    Do not really cook/cut up many large pieces any more; just me, but do love the feel of a good tool in hand, even if just trimming or boning out the occasional piece.
