We had a million plus thread on here somewhere. There's a lot of us, and more outlaws in that bunch than the safety nazis want to acknowledge, but that's another thread in itself.
I was going to smart off about liking the ones you can get on the buffet, but then realized the internet is largely a buffet for prons.

Self driving trucks are running right now. Billions in funding. Fully autonomous with no safety driver running right now in Canada and across the USA. China’s are in full “mass production” and are ready in 2024.
These massive companies will stop at nothing to eliminate people. This will hurt this country so badly and displace so many people, not just drivers.
I would never wish harm to anyone but this is a major dream crusher and I hope they all have serious accidents. It’s not a pipe dream but a working reality right now, they are running right now and getting better each day. All I can hope for is a major crash. -
Can you please send a Truck to the bush for me to bring the equipment out that needs moving.
Just have the trucks deliver it to the north end of the pit, park it near the Cat 555 skidders sitting there, thanks.
The equipment is sitting on top of the area called Lost Ledge, just to the east of Trout lake in the kootenays.
Not a rush, just 1 piece per day would be great.
It's a pretty easy trip, should only be 8.5 hours a day, including loading and unloading.
The lighter pieces only need 6 axles, the medium sized ones 8 axles, the heavy equipment needs 11. -

Comparing a mine truck in an enclosed area, driving a programmed route, with a pile of people around to help it out, has absolutely nothing to do with real world trucking.
I like to start with the hardest pieces, and end with the easiest.
Tell the truck I'm happy to pay it $5/mile.Magoo1968, JoeyJunk and Geekonthestreet Thank this. -

Warehouse Automation Solutions | Crown Equipment
Working in the warehouse these systems have been out for years. The forklift drivers like I used to be are LONG gone. No product damage, no injuries, much faster.
I don’t mean to argue or make anyone upset and I’m going to stop posting about it. I’m just realizing the sad reality I am facing.
