Where you obtained your MELT training will have a big impact on where you’ll get hired. - There’s lots of shady truck driver training schools that carriers simply don’t recognize the training from, so be mindful of that.
If you have completed your MELT training, the schools sometimes have relationships with carriers for placement afterwards. Did yours? Or do you even have your MELT training yet?Another Canadian driver and Chinatown Thank this. -
Currently in 200 hr melt course with Zavcor Trucking...2 weeks of classroom done....started yard work and bobtailing...they hire within, just trying to get my ducks in a row...they are ttsao certified
