Speeding isn't a felony.

Evading vs felony evading is just a way to escalate charges

 

I was under the impression that TX passed permitless carry so unless he was prohibited from carrying a firearm (convicted felon) he would have been legally allowed to have a firearm.
That was my point for QUOTE the article for misdemeanor weapon charges.
Having possession of weapon under disability(Prohibited Person) would be felony gun charges.

My main issue with all of this is forfeiture is illegal and the government way of puffing their chest out and saying we will do as we want, you must comply tough ####.

 

I guess its different by state. Usually here they will not pursue, they already have your plate make model etc. Will just mail you a ticket etc.

Felony evading Usually involves other factors than speeding. Bank robbery, murder suspect, officer involved shooting etc.

 

But rioting, looting, and burning stores down, that is totally acceptable.

 

This is the reason why the Texas street racing forfeiture laws were put into place. If you think this activity in a community is ok. That is your right.
