    That's how slogans are.
    The uglier the better.

I'll let you come up and move 9 loads for me over the next 10 days, I'll pay you $5/mile to do so. Interested?

    Actually lets make it $7/mile.

    Let me know soon.

    bryan21384 and Siinman Thank this.

Come on now…if I come haul loads for you at $7 a mile and I’m only going 10 miles, I’m as dumb as some people think.

Besides, I think I’m not allowed in Canada…I didn’t get vaccinated.

    :D

Nobody owes you a fair rate. You were not forced into the trucking business. Everyone blames a broker when in actuality whoever is paying the freight sets the price. Sure the broker gets a cut but has overhead. Absolutely there a few instances the broker absolutely robs the truck however it doesn’t happen as much as the average steering wheel holder thinks. Again no one says you have to pull it at there price you choose to.

One last thought you wanna do this without brokers? Sit down and call every place in a now nonexistent yellow pages hunting a load? They are a necessary evil. Your time is better spent looking at numbers and finding places to improve instead of #####ing. Everyone thinks this is an easy business where you just drive and rake in cash. Well there are those times.....and these times always follow

How did your arrive at that conclusion?
    I am invincible.
You are the one who finally understood what a slogan is .. vs proverb.

    Don't need to be jabbed.

I'll even let you use my lowbeds and jeeps, and $8/mile power only.
Its about 140 miles away, 280 miles round trip.
The roads have a beautiful view :)
