I have not followed the whole thread but if you look up the Amtrak Act of 1990 you will have some insight as far as cross border taxes and who does not have to pay. Your situation might apply.

 

Im sure the first thing they told the cops was “my gps told me to go this way”…smh

 

I will say in defence of the driver it happened in an area on the south side of downtown will a rail line thru it that is full of low bridges , he ignored the sign instead of calling the law to get backed out .

 

Ya know school bus drivers are just about guaranteed to never, never ever to run between 12:00am and 4:00am. Lol

Okay, bad idea. But really, office work, especially when it's raining and snowing outside, can be nice.
