Hey @Dennixx was gonna try to send a pm... Linde/Px-air question - can you explain the 3 year vested pension plan & how are they about terminal transfers - specifically mims,fl to neosho, mo (believe mims isn't praxair but neosho is) but this is within a few years

The pension plan we lost 15 years ago but was replaced by a specific monetary amount.
Must be you have to be here 3 years to catch 100%
They put in like 10,000 a year for a pension. Not exactly sure of the figure but it is somewhat close since I've accumulated that much on average.

I'd imagine there has to be an opening where you want to go.
You can always talk to the plant superintendent once you get onboard about future intentions.
I know they were building a bigger plant in Neosho a couple years ago but not sure of the progress.Last edited: Oct 18, 2022

it's pretty much plant specific, you know in accordance with whatever the driver manager's best formula is to keep drivers happy.
We have a mix of set shifts, rotating and 4 day weeks.
I'm typically home 55 to 65 hours per weekend and of course most nights.LilRedRidingHood and Loudstacks Thank this. -
