I drive chemical tanker OTR, and my terminal is in the Houston, TX area. I’ve noticed in the last month or so I’ve been waiting longer and longer for my next load. Is it slow everywhere in tanker world, or could it just be my company? Have y’all been running steady or waiting around like me?
Is it slow out there for everybody?

We're staying busy at Enterprise. And our Baytown terminal has an $8k sign on bonus right now.

Can't keep up with the loads in food grade. Most of my loads are delivered late due to driver shortage. Mgmt has mentioned having to turn down customers because they can barely keep up.

I’ve talked to some guys still doing chemical tank.
They said it’s slowed way down. -
I expect for us to slow down some. The drop in housing starts has already hit the building products industry, so terminals that service them will be affected.
