Kellogg's in KC Kansas. One of their yard guys pulled a trailer out of a tight spot and left it in a great spot if it didn't need work before I could leave. The yard guy then moved another trailer to make room for the mechanic who came out and worked on it for an hour, I'm buying more of their cereal after this.

So far not impressed with WM DCs... Hubs had first unload at Pauls Valley at 2 A.... was there 20 min early... sat till after 8. Same again THIS am for the other half of the truck, only this time, he was 5 min early for a 2:15 AM appt and sat there till after 11 at Harrisonville... .. When he asked the little troll in the shipping/receiving office what the hold up had been he got a really snotty "well maybe they were having an extra bad day'..

I think the WORST experience I ever had was in BAAAHstun.. Shlyder sent us to the wrong receiver (I don't remember the name of the business but they were WAY down in the OLD town on a narrow cobbled street right next to a fitness center). We got in there at about 3 AM, signs said hrs were 0800.. so we crawled in the bunk and went to sleep.. I had backed us into the alleyway where the receiver doors were and thought we'd done about as well as we could...
Bashing on the side of the bunk at 0730 and some yoink demanding to know what we were doing there.. I handed him out the paperwork, and he went stomping off yelling about how they weren't expecting anything.. got ourselves together (hubs and I drove team if you didn't figure it out)... went inside where this breathtakingly obnoxious man with the sharpest down east accent I've EVER heard snapped at us non stop for about 20 min, as though we somehow planned to get sent to the wrong address. He finally finished up with 'you need to be down at our facility at blah blah blah.. I have no use for you he-yah'.. That was the narrowest 45 pull out I EVER did on top of the anger at his 'tood'.. only to get to the correct site and be met with a 200 yd long curving wall on the blind side that I had to back down and around to get to the 2 docks around the side... Memorable. Couldn't get out of BAHstun quick enough.

Wow... Friend of mine actually worked for Certainteed..... Amazing to hear them in this list, though with their business ethic, it isn't surprising.

We drove dedicated for Schneider hauling Schrieber cheese in and out of Carthage... I had to wait ONLY one time on a load dock there, as we were hauling hot Cheese curd in 7K # vats from Shoshone Id. Most of the time, it was back it to a door and away you go! Plus.. Caves!!!

Johns Manville warehouse in Chico California. They are the fastest loaders I have ever seen. I've been there 4 times and every time they have loaded my trailer at lightning speeds. Last time I was there, I bumped the dock, immediately went off duty, my trailer was loaded and the guy came out to my truck with paperwork in 14 minutes! I wish every shipper was as fast as them.

My wife and I loaded at a John’s Manville in NC or SC, they were lightning fast too. A full trailer loaded in about 20 minutes. Total time on property was about 45 minutes.
