Not sure weather to install after turbo or on the exhaust manifold its self? i know manifold would be more accurate but i am not familiar with the manifold safe EGT temps. Post turbo less then 1000 what would pre turbo safe temps be at?

Every one I've ever seen has been installed in the manifold upstream of the turbo.

Most I seen are after turbo on the exhaust but I am leaning towards exhaust manifold for more accurate reading. Now I need safe temp range on manifold my guess is 1200-1300 max since post turbo under 1000 is considered safe temp
