Last I knew DAT offers free version to do searches on the load board.
You just can't see contact info but you do see real posted loads and offered rares.

Y'all do realize he's not an actual driver, right? Look at the screen name, then check this out: ROI Logistics

    He's just fishing for business.

    D.Tibbitt Thanks this.

I think the OP has the message. I'm still waiting for his rates out of Florida.

That is great comparison info on getting good rates for dry van. You must have some good direct sources for freight, rather than the usual load boards. Or, you are good at negotiating. Either way, those are fantastic loads you posted.

Out of FL, it is around $2/mile.....loading from these areas (Orlando, Jax, Plant City, Baldwin). Not great obviously. Sometimes better to head up to south GA to start trips.

Not fishing for business.....I partner with our drivers to book loads. Just trying to see where the market is really at these days for others.

Okay, for any of you that don't speak fluent broker-ese this usually means most of the loads are paying less than two bucks. If they'd been more he would have said so.
Brokers don't always lie, and this guy isn't lying to us now. He just arranges the facts in an order more pleasing to himself.
If we misinterpret what he says that must be just us not understanding what he means. Right?

The market is ####ty all around and fuel is sky high everywhere. What else is there to know. Go find your own fishing hole, nobody with half a brain is going to give you theirs. Especially not if they are making above market rate right now

Concorde and Short Fuse EOD Thank this.
