I will likely do that only if I could get a non smoker manual transmission truck, but I haven't had good luck with Detroit engines In the past, or paccar so I would prefer Cummins.

When I worked there I had two cascadias and a 579 pete. The Freightliners with dd13 never gave me any trouble pulled better than any dd15 I ever drove, the pete with paccar it was gutless.

I don't like the Peterbilt I am driving now it has some werid clutch problem where it takes a few seconds between shifts to let you accelerate, and the engine might need valve adjustment or something else is off. It's a manual transmission truck also. Always seems like it has no power. In the past I had a 2015 Kenworth t680 paccar blew a head gasket at 460k.

Which App is that? Not that I’m running O/O but it might be worth having available.

So I’m hitting issues with my fuel solutions. Not a big deal but something has changed. It was briefly discussed in the safety meeting but it’s still not adding up for me the last few weeks.

Not complaining but rather just trying to make it make sense or see if maybe I have a fuel tank gauge/arm acting up thus sending incorrect data to FCC.

In the last couple weeks, I’ve had one load with 53, 50, Fill in IA, IL, IN which I thought was odd. Then last week, I topped off in NW Indiana heading to Joilet only to be told to put 108 Gal in the tanks in IL… it took 20 gallons.

Today I’m on a load and was given
156 gal fill at the IN/OH state line but had to stop short for 50 for fear I would run out before getting there. (It might have been possible, but too close to risk it)

So I’m questioning if there might be an issue with my tanks. With being almost empty, I put 50 & 118 for 168 total. Seems low for almost empty tanks. I can’t see the tank stamp to verify gallons per tank but Night Dispatch says their notes say the KWs hold 205 gallons. This sounds too low. But 205x2 seems too high as well.

If correct, my gauge then read almost empty with 35 gallons left in the tanks.

so I’m not sure if anything adds up.

    thoughts?
