That's weird, I thought most blind people were morons. Maye this is related because the driver was too blind to see cracks in the frame?

    Ha

when I was trucking , my accountant was in a wheelchair , and his wife was blind , and they had four kids .
And all I could think was these are the strongest toughest people I’ve ever met .

    Very
You’d think the giant tow trucks would be used , but maybe the bulldozers were nearby ? or a lot cheaper ?

but money wouldn’t be the top concern , what’s a perimeter frame trailer cost ?
And possible damage claim from the cargo owner , repairs to the highway from the damage of the trailer and from the bulldozer tracks chewing up the pavement .

They have some different tracks on the side booms, they have the pads installed to work off concrete pavement.
They might have been already working nearby and enlisted to help.

Railroads have taken to using sidebooms for cleaning up derailments including lifting locomotives.
Perhaps there is a rail contractor based in Atlanta and they would be the ones that would be on call for GA DOT for extra heavy lifts.

Looks like they used the side booms to lift it,then carried it away with the sidebooms.Shows them moving along in the video.
