You can also chase down my post's in other thread's about them as I was employed with them this past year. One of the two worst mistake's I made in trucking was going to work for them. Had a Memphis terminal dispatcher dispatch me on a LTL load from the warehouse (terminal) there to Lancaster because they were trying to get me home. Told them before they even gave me the load I didn't have the hour's because I had to take my 10 hour break. "get there as soon as you can" and this load had a 7am appointment. Ran like hell to get it there, was a bit tired from having to sit up and straighten out some BS the the dispatcher's got mixed up in Memphis so didn't get but about an hour of sleep between the loader on the dock bothering me about this and that. Got it to Lancaster with 15 minutes to spare and ended up sitting in line almost until noon at the LTL warehouse on the yard. I was so tired I could barely hold my eye's open and ended up falling alseep propped up againest the driver door after exchanging some choice word's with the joke of a woman running the paperwork because I asked if I could drop it and have a yard truck stick it in the hole and she told me yea but I would be charged $50 from my paycheck, get in a dock and they want me to unload it. Told them to go to hell I'm not unloading anything and didn't get unloaded until almost 17:00. Continue to sit and find out this young black girl that was helping unload my truck took off and left work after I was unloaded and never brought my paperwork like she said. Manager aploigized. Sent me on other tight ### load to Waco when I should have been on my way home and after delivering that load I sat bobtail at a flying hook for two day's while it did nothing but rain. Spent the third day running around in circle's because of their BS and finally made it back to Lancaster with a load. They didn't want to let me dead head home from there so I got high and mighty up in dispatch making a scene and finally got permissed to grab an emtpy and dead head home and finally made it by the 4th day. That's just to make a long story short.
Not to mention they were a month behind in my paychecks which #### near got me in a bind I couldn't get out of here at home because of no money to live on out on the road. Want to work like a slave, get ###### miles and not get paid for it then FFE is the place for you.channel 19 Thanks this. -
Well i'm sure there is more to the story than what you're saying but I'll give them a shot. its still better than my walmart gig
-
No his story sounds like mine, so you are forewarned. But hope you do like it and make it
-
well I've got to take a chance. if i listened to everyone on this forum I wouldn't apply anywhere because all companies seem to screw somebody over.
backupandpush, x#1 and usedtobearailroader Thank this. -
heading to my last day of orientation with ffe tomorrow. looks like the experienced guys are going to get new trucks, all I need now is some decent miles and I will be happy enough
-
Well I finished my ffe orientation today in lancaster, tx. Got my truck, 2007 freightliner century class. I don't actually get a load until monday but thats because of my own reasons. I'll try to keep this updated in case anyone wants to know my experiences there.

Congrats, as usual I am having to fight them for a reimbursement they "didn't get the receipt for" comcheck for a work order 3 weeks ago for $212. Just a few more weeks and I'm done with the thieves.
