Can any one tell me if a blown oil pan gasket could be a system of this?

    Three gaskets in 6 months

Not sure what engine you have, but, a bad oil separator and/or plugged filter will build excess crankcase pressure and something has to give. I’m surprised none of your techs have mentioned it or investigated it. It’s a fairly common problem.

Usually the crank seals are the weak points on an engine.

Yeah, I just replaced the front seal on an ISX because of excessive crankcase pressure.

A tech did bring up the crank case filter yesterday, And because of the cold I can't do it my self. So I wanted some feed back before i started playing part darts at the shops. But he was the first tech to anything about it. So im trying to be diligent.
If I catch a warm snap I will put it on. But it looks like I will be having a shop do it this weekend.
I don't know what engine excatly, I had two differently dealers swear I had two different engines.
I do believe it is the 415 horse power dd13. Thats what the parts have been fitting anyway.

On a previous Volvo/DD13, the oil separator went bad and it started blowing oil out the breather tube. A oil separator is common for a DD13, as those bits only last so long. You need to have him at least check it or even replace it, while he’s there.
