No, I’m not hurt and I happen to be a successful owner operator. Your question was just truly dumb and ignorant. It’s like you didn’t know the internet has real people on it that are successful in the trucking industry.

 

Because they have this idea that as a driver they deserve more because all they hear is they can make this huge amount of coin without the work, it is just like driving a car.

So they get a job that gets them a CDL so they are just driving and when they see the $$$$, they think "I have to make more money and that means owning my own truck and getting my own work, no more money being stolen from me when I am my one driver".

This crap has been talked about here, people think brokers take their money, they think a carrier they are leased to take THEIR money and they think it is easy to make all the money.

A little secret is this - most fail before the end of the first year, over 85% don't see a second year.

 

You learn how to be successful from watching those tards on the internet did ya ?
