    I was super anxious yesterday at the hospital. Just curious, how would a DOT doc consider this?

    Both numbers have to be under. You would get some time to relax. Most understand that it's stressful getting the physical done. Never failed but I believe you would get a 3 month card and have to go to Dr to get meds.
