Hemorrhoids!

I hear a lot of mortal strains in the poop room stalls next to me. I generally am on the porcelain throne just a minute or two, and I wonder how often others have their legs fall asleep while they wrestle with the last cheeseburger or cheesy poofs they devoured...

Anyway, keeping the hemorroid soft and lubricated is key to keeping them at bay. The other more critical component is, of course, diet!

A high fiber diet will soften stool and help with our profession of sitting all day. We are naturally at risk for hemmorrhoids from sitting the long ours on our pooper and not enough exercise. The toxic selectoon at all the truck stops make this worse for reasons that deserve its own thread.

So, hygeine is the other factor. Baby wipes and regular showers will prevent a hemorroid from turning into fissures or something more permanent.

Last year I ate my share of junk and paid for it. I had bright red toilet paper with every poop, sometimes dripping a few crimson drops into the water below. I kept a dirty finger but I kept coconut oil on my bum. The hemorrhoids are just inside usualky, so I did have to access about an inch inside. Extra washing required. Baby wipes through the day kept my region clean.

If you dont stay on top of your health, you'll be at the mercy of the PayMaster Butchers you call doctors.

Granted if there are issues you dont understand or are concerned about, find a good doc! I am not saying NO DOCTORS, as that is my personal preference. Just use your best judgment.

Sounds more like poisoning or allergic reaction.

I am cautious with 'sugar free' as that typically means to me 'cancer filled'. The other effect of synthetic sugar is the over compensation of sweetness as they are all more sweet than sucrose or natural food sugars.

Sucralose is a Nazi Chemical: chlorinated sucrose. Splenda is the other name. I have yet to see a study that looks at metabolites this poison turns into.

One side effect of sucralose is inflammation. (Everywhere as it get into your blood, excreted in urine and feces.)
