Got my one cooler off in 15 minutes. Will be home in 45 minutes. Nothing in the trucking world or the Abilene vortex will exist for the next week.

Dropped at chemtreat then bounced to HP for a load going to office depot in IL. Got the purge line leaking coolant replaced and getting a 34 in before heading to IL. DM told me we lost the HP acct in San Bernardino due to being outbidded. Might be why we are staying east of 35 for now.

Any body else wondering just how the hell we are going to get all these empty dropped trailers out of all these shippers in California and get them back east?

If we lost HP, which I heard we did, I’m hoping it includes Damco in Santa Fe Springs as well.

Any of you Volvo drivers know how to get the outlets working in a Volvo?

They got me flying a loaner. I activated the outlets on the little console back here by the bunk by pressing the little green button. Voltage currently reads 14.3. However, none of it seems to be getting to the three outlets I have located.

Did you try the reset button on the inverter itself?

lift the bed up. Look for the inverter on the right side. Look for the reset button and reset it. It’s a little tricky finding it and if you’re all thumbs like me, it will take a few cuss words and yelling to get it done.

By rail? Most of the LTL trailers you see moving out of the west coast are empties headed back to greener pastures.
