    Never tried baking powder. Have always used things like corn starch, potato starch, rice flower to help form a crust.

    Hodaka, Maico, Bultaco, CZ, Montesa, Husqvarna, these are the motocross rides of my yout. Had a wombat, a pursang, that thing tried to kill me a few times. Then the Japanese bikes just dominated the field and market.

    A few years ago there was some press on "big trucks" and quoted/referred to some time and speeds of the then owner of CFI and Pikes Peak. Sorta a hill climb thingy. This was before CFI sold out and it might show up in Google somewhere.
