Did that too! Feeding with the 315. Found it off the belt in the 3" pile! Put it back on, fell off again, didn't find it that time.

[edit] And a rock guard from the D8. That got stuck in the jaw.

Apparently not. He was standing next to them buying fuel. Completely oblivious as to how close to a catastrophe he was.

 

Not low. Just loaded. He’s awful lucky.

 

I’m kind of surprised. I’ve always thought Hulcher had their #### together. That’s quite the #### up by a mechanic. Not to mention the driver not seeing it also.
