The batteries seemed to be failing in III.

SO'S we stopped in Amarillo ( by morning ) at 0300 and began replacement.

Procured wheeler and took 4 at a time to freightliner, brought back 4 at a time, total of 8 do to electric APU.

Lost 7 hours. One of the bridges on the APU negative harness was broken.

No replacement available, so we kinda made one with what was available.

I forgot to take photo of broken buss.

Even though saved about a grand in labor, The OM said most likely I'll be fined for not taking photo.

    Recollectiom..
In 1970 I was living in Grenada, MS , managing a loan company (the one where I have posted pics of the building being crashed).
A new surgeon had come to town, nice, personable, well accepted. Did some good work and was being very busy.
I had some minor cough or cold or walking pneumonia and went to see him. He came clumping into the exam room with this big walking ball ankle cast on.
I laughed, and he asked what was funny. I told him it was due to the way I heard he had broken the ankle. What did you hear he asked.
Well, they say you were drunk and fell off your bed. He straight faced told me, "That is exactly what happened". I asked, Doc, with your practice here and how well you are liked, why do you drink. I quote his reply: "Roger, If you cut on as many people as I do; before breakfast, you would drink too."

Going to take the OM’s side on this matter, no pics it did not happen, ergo-docked half days pay.

True, and "A minor incision"; as he outlined to do it, is vastly different from the cross cut to do the bypasses.

I am told by those who claim to have looked. They have a sort of miniature chrome plated skilsaw to make the ribcage separation, and a similar chromed little bumper jack thingy to pry you apart. No crude tire tool spoons or spreaders. May be why it costs so much; like a dealer shop, special tools...

Have you considered doing a B&B @ Rancho Deluxe while you're out on the road, which seems like forever.

I would not want strangers in my house, more so when I am not there.
