Should have pulled some of those old PLM lease trailers 10-12 years ago that were 12-15 years old at the time. Ya got real used to dodging scales, cause 90 percent of the time those tandems weren't getting moved

    bzinger and cdavis188 Thank this.

    12 years ago I would've been in 7th grade.

I probably just made everyone feel old, including myself

I feel sorry for him. That’s going to be a very rough ride for the first 700 miles or so until those tires get round again.

BigR, cdavis188, RStewart and 2 others Thank this.

Incredibly helpful for my phone to tell me I’m 14 minutes from the house when I’m about to head to Chicago early in the morning :(

Sitting around waiting for my 10 to be up. Another 45 minutes, ugh! Hate starting this late. Was gonna run till tomorrow, but the way the loads worked out, and my hours, makes more sense to head home tonight, leave early Monday like normal, planned through Tuesday, so should still be around 3200-3300 miles by cutoff, so I'm good with that.

    RStewart and bzinger Thank this.

Aight, haven't done a recap of my week in a while, here goes. Left the house around 02:30 Monday, live unloaded pallets in omaha. Then bounced to Aurora, NE grabbed a preloaded trailer there going to Lancaster,TX. Dropped that load and went over to our Dallas drop yard to drop and hook a load to take up to our Tulsa drop yard. Dropped that and grabbed a load on the same yard going to Plainview TX. Dropped that at Walmart then bounced to Hereford, TX for what was supposed to be a preloaded trailer, but I called the day before and knew it wasn't. So I took a 13 hour break so I could show up when the shipper opened at 6am hoping I'd get put on a door then since it was supposed to be preloaded, no luck! Lost 8 hours waiting to live load there yesterday. Then took that up to Kansas City to drop. After my 10 is up this morning I'll head over to Blue Springs, MO and grab a preloaded trailer to run down to Tulsa and drop on the yard, I'll pick up a load there and take home for the weekend. Deliver that load Monday in Palistine, TX then I'll bounce to Terrell, TX and grab a load headed to Belgrade, MN. I'll deliver that Tuesday.
