Reefer freight is the worst when it's live unload everywhere if you drop n hook it's not as bad, but still have to endure grocery warehouses all the time. I worked reefer when I first got into trucking would I go back? Nope.

    IH9300SBA, 48Packard and gntorres61 Thank this.

Yeah their shippers for the most part weren’t bad at all. One of my favorite places to pick up from was Michael Foods in Le Sueur, MN. Drop and hook and very nice people in the office. It’s just all the grocery warehouses we delivered to. Capstone freaking Logistics was the bane of my existence. Thank god Magnum never hauled produce (unless it was a broker load) or meat. They always compensated me and was otherwise a great company to drive for, but man, reefer freight is just not for me.

    Supply and Demand.

Recent issues impact our potential supply and yet we still maintain our level of demand. While producers and wholesale (retail too) companies can gouge the market mostly companies are simply willing to pay more to get what they need to supply their customers… and pass the increases on to their customer.

It does looks like the administration made a deal with Venezuela for oil probably, because they know what's coming as well get some cheap oil which would probably happen next year which Biden will probably try to take credit for at election which is a typical move politicians do.

But will he replenish our Strategic Oil Supply since its decreased to 17% of capacity. Might be concerning if we find ourselves stumbling into WWIII.
