I found it on the Yard.

Dropped at Bethel PA and now waiting on my Marching Orders.

The NE seems rather awkward for reloads at times. Had two loads canceled on me after I was heading to the Shipper the last two runs out here. (Both worked out eventually but not as smoothly) and now they are looking to find me a reload.

Looks like lunch and a nap in my future while I clock a 2 hr split.

 

Well FCC gave me a few short haul jobs since I don’t have much time to do anything else before the banquet. Dropped my load in Shelby this morning and picked up another load there that I’m currently getting offloaded at a Menards store in Lincoln. After getting unloaded, I will meander up to Kawasaki to grab a load headed to Garland but I will take that to the ACT yard. Then grab another trailer there going to the middle of BFN in Nebraska for tomorrow. Unsure what I’ll get after that.

Not the most mileage productive loads in the world but they’re keeping me moving instead of just letting me sit until tomorrow evening.

 

I’ll be missing the Banquet this year. Went the last two years. Had the wife fly out the first year to attend with me and spend a bit of time with our friends in Lincoln. Then last year I went then helped process deer from the local hunting season.

Too much time off for family issues this year. Couldn't justify taking another day off and a bit too tight between other days off to expect FCC to get me back for it.

So take good notes and report back for those of us not able to attend.

 

This is literally where I’m delivering to on my 3rd load, in a town that has a grand total of 78 residents
