    All he has to do is bring his court papers to a prospective employer to prove his side. I doubt that company would want any more of him.

    Frankly if I had a court ordered settlement of $600,000.00 I would care less what they put on DAC. If I wanted to work again(and I mean IF) what some company put on DAC wouldn't matter to me at all.

    The trucking company, or the State of Alabama?

    Hopefully the person whom filed the false report pays as well ...

    Wonder if this will be part of "insurance reform"...poor insurance companies...they only have a 2% profit margin as it is!

    The company will have to go find a new insurance underwriter, and pay higher premiums...guess they should have asked their legal council if they could get away with the play...some people are not only arrogant but ignorant as well.
