    I might have a step deck in the future. LS inspection tomorrow. I bought a beer kit off Amazon. Made that this morning. I'm amazed by how little yeast they gave me. Can I put bread yeast in there to, to boost it?

    would not recommend using regular baking yeast. You probably have a brewer supply company or operation near you. They seem to be real popular. There is a combination of things that have to happen. You need the yeast and sugar for fermentation so that is a big component to increasing the alcohol content.

    @77fib77

    If you have good luck with your first project, there are a number of reputable places online that you can get kits from. You may have a brewer’s supply place close by as well. That should have kits as well as ingredients.

    I have this book. Actually really good and plenty of used ones available cheap.

    Got curious, Just looked up the specs for these. The JD has 5 more HP, but can’t turn the RPM of the Honda.
