    OK that's good. Neither do I but I watch most of what's posted here. I just didn't want anyone taking advantage when poor @silverspur is still working on the 28,467 pages he missed before he came back. He popped in to say hi a couple weeks ago but has been working on catching up ever since.

    One of the ways I like to cook them;

    Trim the stalk ends and pull a few of the outside leaves off. Cut an X in the stalk end, about a quarter of the sprout.
    bring a quart or so of water to a hard rolling boil, once boiling add some salt. Blanch the sprouts, about 3 or 4 minutes in the water,
    Large ones may take a bit longer.
    Take them out of the water and put them cut side down and let them drain.
    Take flour and seasoning, like some pepper, garlic and onion powder and put in a shallow bowl.
    Put a generous amount of panko in another bowl.
    In a deep skillet or other deep pan, bring oil up to 375 degrees.
    Make an egg wash, 1 or 2 eggs beaten.
    Dip the sprouts in the egg wash, roll in seasoned flour, then back in the egg wash and roll in panko. Then into the hot oil, fry to golden. Set on a paper towel for a minute, Do in small batches if needed.
    Then eat.

    Put Brussel sprouts on a cedar plank, Bake at 450 degrees for 5 hours. Remove plank from oven and scrape everything off into the garbage. Eat plank

    How do you really feel about Brussels sprouts?

    What about cauliflower?
