Alan do you use a website to check fuel prices ahead of time/route? I read somewhere that there is a site that's updated daily but can't remember where I saw it.

I don't know about the rest of you, but acouple of years ago i went around charlotte nc for like 3 days in febuary interviewing tax agents. i went to liberty tax h and r block and jackson hewitt. i found some complete idiots and some very knowledgable people. i have been filing my taxes thru jackson hewitt since then. as for this year i had bob snell email me my 1099 and owner summary, and i forwared it to my agent along with my days out for per diem, spent 20 minutes on the phone with her, and got a call back 2 days later. she told me how it all worked out and all i had to do after that was swing by, sign and wait for my refund. i thought it was pretty simple, once i found a smart one.
as for atbs, i paid them for the first 3 months i was here. they were supossed to call and never did. i then cancled thier services, and thats when i got my first call. they asked me if i quit jct.... i told them i hope they get audited. i only paid jackson hewitt 275.... they want 18 a week, 936 a year..... not my money....
other than that all is well ,once i get my little fuel issue fixed. 4 mpg really sucks... shop tomorrow...
be safe all...herkyboy, Vette1967, fr8tshkr and 1 other person Thank this. -

Any of you JCT guys go by a set of piggybacks going across I-40 in the Ok-AZ region the past few days? If so can I have the paint back for the drivers doors of the trucks. The customer that got them wondered what happened to them. Seriously though, if any of you got caught behind me I want to apologize to you all. Them trucks just don't have the guts to pull through the wind and up the hills out there. I can honestly say that out of all the hundreds of trucks that #### near blew me off the road, I wasn't worried as much when I seen a JCT truck coming up behind me. If I get back out that way again here soon maybe we will cross paths. I know they have one load ready to go that way and are in the process of putting another one together to send that way. Stay safe out there!
P.S. On a side note, not being discrimantetory(think thats spelled right)but after international moved the pro star production south of the border, quality went downhill real quick. Dealers were telling me how much more they are breaking down and sensors not being hooked up. I've got nothing against Mexico, but as someone who delivered them for 5 years you tend to notice when more breakdowns start to occur. Just wish they would open the plant back up in Canada. Still run internationals just not the class 8. Jarbo maybe we will bump into each other sometime, we have a yard in Garland and are always running up 30. I stay in Mt Vernon alot at the super 8 there. Everyone else maybe I'll catch you running along 44 or 40 in the next few days. -
Who wants to follow me to Cali? Snatched up a load at Tyson in Olathe. Swung by Sapulpa to get my APU fixed. I must say, that was the quickest I have ever been in and out of the shop lol made it to Amarillo last night. Looks like it might be a rainy and windy day going west.
