Maybe it was a fuselage but just under cover. That might get it by the picket lines.

I personally hope they take a page out of Stellantis' playbook. Give them more than the company originally planned so they go back to work then 6 months later lay a bunch of them off and move some of the production out of the PNW for good. There is a lot of high dollar vehicles parked up in the employee lot at Boeing, I don't think they're hurting for money at their current wage...besides, after all of the issues they have had on the planes coming out of those plants due to faulty workmanship, they should get a pay cut, not a raise. I heard one employee say they can afford to be off at least a couple months...yeah, you need a raise. 60% of Americans are barely getting by living paycheck to paycheck, and you say you can take a couple months off to fight for a raise, please...

But I don't have stuff flying off my trailer rolling down the road or have damaged freight because I didn't do my job right...they had to stop all work on the new 777 X's because their test plane had engine mount pylons cracking...they are also YEARS behind on orders for planes that should have been built and delivered by now.

Also, the east coast port unions are getting ready to go on strike in October...when I become President, I will sign an executive order that bans strikes for all "economy essential" positions.

Glad you said it instead of me. If I would have said that, a deluge of nastyness would have been unloaded on me.

It's dang sure onion season, and it looks like a bumper crop year. Must have seen 100 onion loads rolling east yesterday and today. Including one on the Ohio turnpike layed over on the driver's side. I wonder how many recovery/cleanup crew had to help so they could take shifts so they didn't cry themselves into dehydration.

I have a big problem with the idea of palletized onions on a flatbed. Those belong in gaylords IMHO, at least if they’re going on a flatbed.
