Hopefully it's still plugged for whoever's pulling it now lol. But yeah, bad trailers are a weird situation. Can either let it ride and continue the cycle of pawning it off and worsening the problem or waste your own time fixing trailers all the time. No winning solution once it starts getting out of hand. Have moved onto other opportunities since this thread though (not because of trailers)

I hear you, I just wondering how their miles are given the state of the industry, low miles where I'm at, after 15 yrs here, I am looking, a friend of mine is getting good miles like 2800/3000 week, so it's not all companies with low miles, they can't keep saying the economy anymore because I'm finding otherwise from some friend drivers of mine. I was just checking on DHT.....yeah it's like you said a no win on trailers bad from other drivers...this empty I went to get had 4 bad tires and needed brakes...just got it done here at TA about nearly an 1100.00 worth...lol....it's the drivers lazy, no care , no pretrip/post trip, and many of them don't even know what their looking at..

At Schuster now and just ticked off 12,500 miles in the last 30 days. 3300 in the last 7 days. Idk if you're willing to do reefer or drive an International, but they hire pretty much from anywhere. My first 30 days here was 12,900 miles Screenshot_20240919_165243_Samsara Driver.jpg Screenshot_20240919_165249_Samsara Driver.jpg
