What if it Snows?

I think it’s a generational thing. So far they have all been young guys. They say they will show up to quote, then nothing. They say they will send a written estimate and 3 days later still no estimate. I might say F’ it and just do it myself. Maybe 20-25,000 for a weeks work(if that) is not worth it to these high rollers

 

You need a bobcat? Is that like $500 a day?

 

Man, i’d work at it for $25,000. For 2 weeks. Even use my own skid steer. Or is there a cliff or a ravine you’re trying to move? When I was working for dad, we built dozens of post frame, buildings, and never had site prep. Take more than 2-3 days. Concrete would add a little time

 

I have one, and a D21 dozer and a 50g excavator. But none of that means I am an operator. Need to rent a site laser if I do end up doing it

 

No fairly level. But that does include the concrete and finishing. And tearing down and hauling off an old shed. 20,380 is the one official quote I just got
