Local store sells the individual slabs precooked to however you want it cooked.

Then all you need to do is reheat. Smoked at 225 till it's hot. Double smoked. Awesome
Saves alot of time and on a long day like today we can be eating in a hour or so.

Yep, pretty much everyone did.

 

So after hitting Bambi at 430 this morning, I had to deal with the problem child tanker.
The mobile wrench installed the mudflaps and looked the trailer over and determined the no brake lights issue was due to a faulty 7 way on the truck.
So he put a new end on and that didn't work.
He finally listened to me and looked at the rear junction box that has ratty wiring coming out of it.
We finally had brake lights.

 

Very nice healthy plant. You should go into the business.
