Got me a Pitt Boss 700 from The Walley of Worlds (saw someone here on WIIS with a trailer full of them making deliveries before thanksgiving). Did OK on the Turkey but turkeys come out better on my upright smoking cabinet with an offset fire box using pecan wood.
