    Class B experience doesn't count for much when you star looking for a class A job. Just thought you should know ahead.

    Sometimes I wish the forum software would alert to old threads and ask if you still want to open a long dead thread. Still, sometimes these old threads are interesting.

    If they could be changed to "read only" after a specified time limit when there was no activity, that would be great.

    If we were to close the threads, we would lose one of the primary purposes of the search feature. I understand it can be frustrating, and I suspect some individuals do it intentionally. However, keeping the threads open is the best approach. Some people genuinely do not check the dates; I have made that mistake myself once or twice.
