The only planners that seem to actually plan are Robert and Dave. The central and east planners don't generally start looking for a load until I am empty, even when I go around my FM and message them directly about my PTA. I can cut Toledo some slack because she is the planner for the entire east coast along with having dedicated elevator drivers and she is the terminal manager. The central planner is....just a planner, not a terminal manager or has a dedicated fleet...just plan for the central region. Hell, Robert is the terminal manager, SW planner(which has a lot of inbound and outbound freight), has local drivers to keep busy and has the crushed car guys, and he manages to keep drivers moving a whole lot better than Ty. Since the "partnership" with Wylie, my level of junk broker freight has exploded, I am pretty sure I see more broker freight than contract freight anymore. You don't see it as much because you're on the Super Load fleet, but us general freight peeons get the table scraps. Even the guy that got stuck said he's been pulling crap loads a lot more, and his miles are way down since the buyout. Bottom line, this isn't the company I came to work for a couple years ago, and I don't see it getting any better any time soon, so like a rat on a sinking ship, it's time to disembark. You can tell I am miserable when I actually consider going back to Shaffer as an improvement over what I have now.

Have you given Tyson Foods a call? They no longer require the shot but not sure if you would be in their hiring area or not. Freight is steady with good benefits.
