What is the best KW for hauling Frac Sand, Tandem only because I don’t want to spend the extra 100k on a Tri.

 

Cost with two trucks running, when I could get the fng to work above.

Just me flying solo, still paying commercial insurance in two trucks, 4 trailers. Minus -1850 from both profit due to insurance being on a monthly cost to keep up with it. Yes 22,200/year insurance.

 

Do you file your own taxes? How much does the trucking office cost you?

 

not much, 380/year.and I have a cpa in town that knows trucking I use. Even though last year got screwed up by the irs(sent my money back saying I did not owe it, she sent it back saying yes, someone typed it my Ein number in their system showing I didn’t owe anything and it’s still going back and forth. They finally took the money, then sent back $50 and said oops, sorry we threatened you for a year… I sent their bs $50 check back and said keep it, you’ll try to take more next time)

Yeah I want to improve my game of keeping receipts. I'm one truck with LS. I put all receipts in a plastic bin with BOLs. 6 months in get a second box. The thermo printed receipts fade so not all are legible.

Can you take pictures of receipts and attach them to entries?

 

yes, and a 30 day free no obligation trial. I keep up with loads info too, whatever load number is, rate, can go flat rate/fsc/detention/ or even bushels, x amount of pallets, or tons. Can convert quick and easy.

Haven’t been looking, difficult to find someone who wants to work around here it seems.
