There has been some back and forth of equipment. Heartland has taken a LOT of trucks and they just relabeled them and left the CFI numbers on them.

    Knucklehead and drvrtech77 Thank this.

All I can tell you is I have alot of years into trucking, Heartland has treated me very good, and when I get my wifes health back up to parr I will go back with them. Good all around company, perfect no, but neither are any of the rest. You were sold out, thats between you and CFI.

Yea really like Kim alot. She never needs to schdule me home I just work it into the run where it fits. Just talked to Heartland and they let me know to just call when I want to go back out, once my wifes wrist is healed. I like running the GP account, suits me well, when I get board just have to ask for something different.
The trick to driving is being happy with yourself first, the rest will fall in line. But Kim Gordon is the best.

Her father in law was Vaughn Gordon, Larry’s brother. He did my orientation 30+ years ago.

Seems like a good family. She was great to work with seem to know what I wanted before I did. A few times I got calls from her asking where I was, and I just explained shortest line concept, sometimes ran me thru areas of Nevada where the other drivers did not go much.

    Knucklehead Thanks this.

Seen several CFI trucks rebranded as Millis as well. Lots of CFI trucks sitting at every terminal. Millis or Heartland.
    FYI

You know, I've seen Heartland, CFI, and Smith pulling one another's trailers. Any combination. I've only seen Millis pull Millis only. I'll see them at their terminals, but maybe Millis is staying true to their name.

each covers certin areas, I think Millis is mostly north east, cfi east and south west, and Heartland runs everywhere else. Heartland owns all 3 of them.
