That is possible, but seriously who would want to buy it, it says Western Express on it.

You'd never get grief about your tarp jobs... Even a barely adequate tarping would be more than anyone would expect with that name on it!

If he had his rear axle slid back I wonder if it would’ve raised the rear of the trailer to the point where the front of the trailer would’ve caught the truck frame once he started up the hill?

I’d like to know where this was just to StreetView the sheer stupidity of his choice.

Precisely what happened to me over 60 years ago. I had to turn sharp right up a short little ramp to leave the premises I had delivered to. But my problem was not at the rear but the front. As I turned and my steers reared up the slope, the corner of the trailer smashed the batteries which were located on the chassis behind the cab.

I had to drive through the night home making sure I never stopped the engine and at traffic lights or T-junctions had to toe and heel the brake and accelerator to keep the revs up and the lights burning. The last thing I wanted on top of everything else was somebody cramming into me in the dark.

BTW, those premises were Rank's Flour Mills and the building is now a highly respected art gallery. J. Arthur Rank used his fortune to make films and also his name became rhyming slang for something else. :p:eek::D
