So— there was an ERV scheduled for 14:30 today but the Boys say that we should move the schedule up to 13:30 since all the tree carnage has been cleared and other chores have been completed and they don’t want me getting into the beer fridge this early in the day

From what I read, put them on at 0, then preheat to 400. After 40 minutes, flip them. Set timer for 20 more minutes, and call it a day.
