What do you think about Uber Freight?

How many times are you going to ask the same question here? Your answers are easily found using the search option. People already predict where loads will be available in certain areas year round. They don't need new technology available so any loser can come in and join the party with rate cutting.

 

Mega brokers go for algorithmized negotiation.They already have proprietary sophisticated apps integrated with DAT loadboard. The goal is to minimize the human ingredient cost with A.I.
While the negotiation element might be of more complexity with more specialized freight (thus harder to program), with most of the spot market general freight, it becomes trivial: here you have: Shipper, Receiver, appointment times, weight, commodity - say your rate and wait for response. I've seen the apps of Uber Freight, CoyoteGo, Navisphere, JB Hunt 360 etc. They all work pretty much the same: if the original rate or counter offer works for you, click it and go.
You might have thought you had negotiation skills, good work ethic, upper hand over the poor English crowd but this trend is irreversible: the cheapest bidder get the load.

Technically, Uber Freight app is pretty sophisticated as is and can't see how someone could replace it with something much better.
